You can convert it to save space , it says do not REDISTRIBUTE it , ONLY FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE , meaning that you can convert it for yourself anyway you want to

also...do i need a special player to play this on my computer? it just has a bunch of files that dont have an icon of a program that opens it...what do i use?

Download Cyberlink PowerDVD (on blazaa). It should be able to play it.
