that was cool xoosh
i liked the first except for the vocal, i thought it was doing well without them. you sang just fine, but the vocals didn't seem appropriate for the style of the song
the second one was cool too, but the final part just kinda drug on.
overall i give em both an 8/10

Critiquing the first one. Excellent work. The extensive intro worked very well. At parts the intro reminded me of the Doors' "The End" (probably due to drop-D). The E-string pluck at 2:12 is phenomenal, timed very well.
Your vocals are enjoyable. You definitely have your own style. I was kind of hoping there'd be a time where you'd belt something out during this tune. At 2:52 and 3:21 there's potential to wail out there and I think it would be great if you did, but that of course it up to you, if in fact you want to alter the song at all.
At 1:40, I think the transition there could be cleaned up a bit. It doesn't sound bad, I just think more could be done there. The lead was great for the most part, but I was more impressed with the rhythm. I think you could focus letting the notes of your lead-playing ring out a little more. Example: at :55, it just seems a bit rushed. Maybe bend it a bit (just a harmless suggestion).
Overall, I'm impressed with your work (I've been waiting for something from you). At some points it's a bit sloppy, but nothing unbearable at all. Nice job, X.

i loved the guitar tracks. great playing. i think i lost the rhythm on the first one around a little after 1:50 or so for just a second but that may have been just me. your voice is good, you flowed in and out of the key in one or two spots but nothing really noticable...im just being picky because it was good. i think i liked the second one better. not sure why. is that one guitar??? or did you do multiple guitar tracks. either way it blended so well that i couldn't tell. recording quality is great but more importantly the music itself is awesome. great job man.
