Solo After blazing"

Unread post by blaze » Fri Nov 21, 2003 6:22 am

hey this is just something I threw together after smoking. A solo I busted off with some finger picking in the background. crappy mixing, didnt really mess with the levels. Tell me what ya think. what parts you liked or didn't like.

It's on my page under solo on the left hand side. but cheak out the rest of the page too :D

as a fellow jam blazer im quite familiar with the power of pot on guitar work (check out my stayin out till 8 cd... done entirely on pot on http://www.eastofbeautiful.com/music.html )

i think this little diddy here is quite quite nice, would work as a beautiful segwey into another song in a relative key on a cd... the harsh finger picks which quietly come out here and there could be fixed. definitely has the air of subtle beauty around it... we should collaborate...

back to the song: uhm 1:23 it gets a little muddy though ithink identifiying odd spots in an improv high jam is kinda useless... uhhhh the overall melody is pretty neat... =)

I will have to agree with what Xoosh said , the first part between 1:21 - 1:23 that sounded very good , overall some good playing , it could be improved a bit but just work on it and im sure you'll get a very nice tune out of what you already have now

i enjoyed it a lot. i had troubles finding the rhythm for a lot of it. and you had a lot of slips and mishits and stuff, but overall it sounded really cool. great melody. good job, sorry i didn't it before.
