"Sweet Baby James" Cover

James Taylor is probably my 2nd favorite musician, behind Dave. I just purchased some new software, microphone, and a pickup for my acoustic. Hopefully this will be a bit better quality than the few songs I've posted in the past. Any comments or suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks to DustyDave for hosting.

I think you did an excellent job on that cover. Gutar work was excellent, vocals were on key, and recording quality was good. I guess if I was to critique and be picky, I would say that often times it sounds like you are whistling while singing. I don't know if that is the natural way you sing or not. I wouldn't say it sounds bad, but that is the only thing I really noticed.

wow dude. i don't think ive ever heard anything from you. pleasant surprise. your quality is superb. i love your voice. it sounds a lot like taylor's if you ask me. my only critism about your vocals is that you should open your mouth a little more cause you slur your words sometimes. your guitar work was absoultely awesome. wow dude, very impressed w/ everything. one of the better covers ive heard on here.

Thanks a lot; I appreciate it. Thanks also for your advice earlier recommending to open my mouth wider while singing. I've been practicing with it and I can feel/hear the potential for improvement.
