Stay or leave D&T

Post by erech »

One quick question, when Dave and Tim played Stay or Leave this spring did they use a different guitar, strung in the raised-B or did they just play it in the standard tuning?

I wish I had an extra guitar for raised B. The capo just doesn't cut it

i actually like the 7th fret capo...the sound is pretty good...i guess it also does matter what type of guitar you have too

i like the no capo standard version better. but i do have to say that i just started trying it on 7th fret and it does sound good. but some of the falsettos are too high for me anyway, so i usually drop the capo to 5 or something when i play w/ one.

I have a decent Martin. So, my guitar is good, but some of the notes are virtually unreachable with the capo on, that's all...
