its downloaded but there is nothing in the folder when i click on it.

That wasn't the case with me. All my files were in there. Weird. Delete the folder and try again maybe?

try and right click on the folder and then click extract all, thats what i did and it worked. just make sure you extract the files to a place where you can find it, like your desktop.
