about a certain kind of strings called either slickies or slinkies, something like that, he said they cost about six bucks, and are just as good as elixirs, has anyone heard of something like that?

ok ive looked and seen that they are called slinkies, made by ernie ball, has anyone ever used these? how good are they?

first of all, they are electric guitar strings, and they are hardly comparable to elixirs because they have no coating
