Help for small hands!

Post by demeatisyourdoom »

Ok, I know there are some other players out there with small hands. Please dont tell me this is like the piano where they tell you that your fingers are too fat so you cant play. Im having a terrible time playing any chords spanning 4 frets, but many Dave songs have those. He's got those rediculously big hands, but I dont. Can anyone give me some tips on what I can do to improve on this? Thanks all.

I used to have a hell of a time trying those bigger chords as well but overtime I just got used to them and I don't seem to have a problem with them anymore. Just keep trying man

A friend of mine is disabled/kinda and the use of his hands is severely impaired. He can play the piano so incredibly, I have no idea how he does it. You can really do pretty much anything you want. As long as you PRACTICE, you'll be able to play those chords. But you can't without PRACTICE

ok practice. got it. lol ty everyone. :) I'm just happy to know it's possible! Practice isn't a problem so long as I know I can reach the goal.
