Probably the best performance of that song.
damn I'd love to hear that, any soundboards of it? or is that not cool since there's an official release of the same date?
the official release is the soundboard

Ah its kinda funny now to listen to The Last Stop Reprise on BTCS. Its almost as if the band is bidding us farewell, because honestly they haven't been the same (studio wise) since.

Nice.

I listened to Bartender off of Busted Stuff for the first time in like years today, and firstly, i almost didn't know what was playing because of the funky intro, and secondly, it has a damn good scat/wailing outro.

Overall BS isn't that bad of an album, but there are certain things that are just not right about it. I completely agree with you on Bartender. The LWS version is absolutely incredible and it is probably Leroi's greatest studio effort, coupled with Dave nailing his falsetto it ranks up their as one of their most powerful studio tracks. It falls a little flat on BS.

thats weird i think i made that same comment a few months ago. I was listening to the reprise and got a weird feeling dave was saying goodbye in a way. He also said everything will be alright though. So thats comforting

Crash has grown into my favourite album over BTCS now.

For me it's impossible to pick which one I like better. Depends on the mood I suppose. I find I skip through more songs on BTCS (Stay & Crush) than Crash (Too Much)

BTCS is great and all, but I don't get why everyone seems to think it towers over the rest of the albums. Crash and UTTAD are both great too.

The more I think about it, the more I agree on Gianni's one comment a couple weeks ago. The little new bridge thing that shotgun starts off with and goes into later in the song is nice and all, but it doesn't mesh with the rest of the song. Listen to the first version of shotgun, I still believe that's the best version of shotgun played to date, I think they should keep it like that, the lyrics and all. It's just a nice, simple little tune that's not trying to throw too much into it

They really don't fit together. I like each part a lot, but the song doesn't sound right. The intro/chorus sounds like an entirely different song. I really don't think I was stretching when I said that they probably had two left over, unfinished ideas from the SU sessions and instead of finishing them, they tossed them together into one song. They should keep the intro, but come up with an actual chorus that fits better because it sounds very sloppy when they jump back and forth between parts with no transition.
