It was the end of ABI. That guy did not stop them from doing the last stop. A guy who was right in the front row saw them talking before and heard them mouth Stay to each other before they knew the guy was there.

the weirdest part was how he got there. i didnt even know he was there until security got him, which i think was the same for most people. he was just there

And all I could think of after it zoomed in on Carter was, "I got that same shirt... just smaller..." Weird, I know.

When I heard Carter threw a stick at the guy, I thought he actually did just that. It's more of a toss, really. I was expecting Carter to pelt the guy!

Some random guy sneaks up on stage and Carter still keeps the beat.

I read over some accounts at ants. and supposedly carter did not through the stick at the guy as much of just through it at that side in anger not in an attempt to attack him. but I guess there's some story about how he got thrown out of the show the night before for starting a fight with some guy. and he came out of the left side of carters set and started walking towards dave. another thing was that the set was originally suppose to go from ABI->halloween->last stop(even though the original set says ABI->last stop, people thing that carter was going to go into halloween to add an extra twist in there since dave waved off the guitar for last stop.) but because of what happened they switched strait to stay.

Like I said in another post, I'm not really surprised that something like this happened. The show I went to we didn't get patted down/bags searched or anything. Maybe that was only that venue (Irvine). It was my first DMB concert, so maybe that's normal?

I know it's the venue's security. just saying that he came in right next to carters set on the left side, and that was a personal account, I know the guy could still lie. but that seems possibly. and that once it happened teh security guy went strait for him.
