ya it is. I could come up with some sweet ideas for the picture if it were just a normal drawing.

To throw out some tips on making it abstract. Trying elongating things alot, stretching them out and sending curves into simply lines. It tend to give it an almost dark and twisted feel to it, and of course a rather abstract feel as well. Not to mention having lines cross over each other and continue on where they shouldn't tends to give it the same feel in my opinion. As well, if there is a person appearing in the art, be sure to use extremes in their facial structure.

I think he means exaggerating their features, like making their nose huge, and their eyebrows humongous, etc.

i think it would be cool to do one of those things were you take lyrics froma bunch of different dave songs and put them all in one picture, like in the middle have a "dreaming tree" and then on it have a "proudest monkey" and a "raven", then next to a river that has a sign or sonthing that says "dont drink the water" and on it a boat with a "captain" ont it... then on the background kind of have "ants marching" with a "sattellite" in the sky next to a "one sweet world" and then in another spot, have a "stone" "crash" into a "warehouse"

somthing along those lines, but use the lyrics from the songs to change what happening accordingly...

I think I am going to go with Dreaming Tree. I might use the part where he says

"Standing here
The old man said to me
"Long before these crowded streets
Here stood my dreaming tree"

and draw a tree in the middle of a city or something....I don't know, it has to be really strange so it can be considered "abstract"

for the stone the pic could have very angry parts that flow into a calm scene somehow.
