It kind of sounds like a rip off to me. They look like they are just mediocre guitars with the action lowered. I doubt his super-ultra-special technique for lowering action could be any better than the work that I (or any other professional) do on guitars. It sounds just like he is putting out a beginner guitar with good playability.
