DMB in Byron Bay 2005

I also have it on good authority, as I'm friends with all the SAE crew, that DMB bought the rights to the video footage, so we could be seeing another dvd soon

I disagree, I'm a little biased cuz I was at this show, but I think this was the best by far...

that would be cool, but its doubtful. they probably just wanted the rights just so they could own it just in case.

but yeah, they probably just wanted the rights, because SAE are really pedantic when it comes to "rights" and "ownage" of recordings of any kind...i record there so often and every time they have to tell me that can't "legally" sell this recording...(but what Miesner doesn't know won't hurt him!)...I think I could sit the classes/lectures for free and they wouldn't even say anything, I've been there that often...

nah, you havent seen it. they professionally shot the april 3 show with multiple cameras, cranes, etc. the ones you've seen were just shot by fans with camcorders

the ones on youtube are shot by the fans. they just did a really good job at it. some shows were even able to have multiple camera angles to switch between. but it's definitely not proshot
