There is a right way to hold a pick for a reason. Now that doesn't always mean that it's the only way, but some thought and effort should be put into doing the right way. At least to see what the advantages are. In the end, it the sound that counts, so do what ya got to do. I don't hold the pick the right way, but oh well. I've tired and it's just too uncomfortable.

how does Dave hold it.btw, I hold it the "right"way. If I am doing some hard rock stuff then Ill add a second finger in there. I cant finger pic for shit
