grey street sax notes

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

If I recall correctly (it's been a while since I've played it)

Roi plays a line of repeated or tied C#, then hits E, then plays the basic riff of: C#, E, D#. It's something along those lines.

You could just listen to the song and play along with it. If you really know how to play the horn you should have good pitch and note recognition.

It is in treble. LeRoi plays his soprano sax on Grey Street. Transposed in B flat though, saxes arent in C aside from the C melody saxophone. So you have to transpose the notes for saxophone.
