HOW TO CONVERT .SHNF TO SOMETHING I CAN LISTEN TO

I have aquired a few shows that are .shn and I don't know what to do with them so I can make them .wav or .mp3 or anything audiable. Any help? Also any sites with free shows?? I don't have anything really to trade as all my shows were taken from that free site a while back, so I'm pretty sure eveyone has them

I use MKW for converting shn to wav files, and I use shnamp to listen to shn files on my computer.
