Towards the sound hole, it makes it look like hes playing a 12 string.

i like the Martins better too, but i guess because of seeing the band live, when i think dave, i think of him with the 914.

thanks for the input guys, i found a few nice pics from the band's road page. i love when you can see the 2 tones of engelmann spruce on the 914, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
