I have it down. I'll get a video of it if you want tomorrow. It's tricky at first but if you just go slowly you can get it to go pretty fast, and all the way up the neck while still harmonic-ing.
Practice. Did tictacs ever give you his video? It's fairly helpful. Remember that a lot of pressure is not required at all. You have to be more precise with your pressure while doing this then say doing an actual slide, obviously.

really people have a hard time with these? then I feel lucky, i picked it up after like 2 minutes. but i did have some one show me how to do them right there. I can't do full neck, I'd love to see the video, maybe there's more to them then i know.
