Chet Atkins SST

This isnt another...which should I buy thread. Just a question about the Gibson Chet Atkins SST. I have gone to find one to play, but my store doesnt have any, so...what does this play like...is it like a regular acoustic or does it feel like your playing an electric, but when you plug it in it sounds acoustic? Also...What is the difference b/w this and any other electric guitar? Is playability different, or is it just sound? Can you make it sound like any other electric or only acoustic...thanks for all the help.

chet is a hybrid...the neck feels like a Les Paul, while the sound can by almost anything you want it to...kind of a middle ground, leaning more towards an acoustic...

if you want an awesome axe with mega versitility/clean and loud projection/playing with a band/recording, then look more into it...
