GSR, it just sounds like you haven't listened much. Keidis' lyrics are simply amazing in some songs, immaturish/lazy in some of course, but even all mighty Dave has written shitty lyrics (Dreamgirl). But his voice is unique and I think it suits him well.

When it comes to technicalities and music, I know little. And Flea may be sloppy but he's not just a dumbass slapping away at his bass. Listen to Stadium Arcadium, he's come a long way since their beginnings and isn't just a showboat.

I probably haven't listened enough, but it's because the stuff I have heard doesn't make me want to hear any more.

I don't consider Dave almighty, nor do I consider Flea a dumb ass, he just isn't my style, and neither is the band as a whole. Keidis' voice is unique, but so is Trey's. Neither please my ear. Oh well.
