I don't know... I love Dave's music and all, but my interest has gone down hill in the past couple years.. That guitar is kinda like the tattoo of guitars. I've gotta say, no one would have said shit, but you came off as ridiculously pretentious in your first post. Quite a few people own DM3MDs and we don't hate them (in fact, a staff member here does, and we love him to bits). Owning a DM3MD doesn't make you hate-worthy. on a related note: what kind of fucked up 18 yr old has enough disposable income for a DM3MD? I mean if youre smart enough to make that kind of money at 18 you should be able to figure out how to post a recording or atleast a pic or two... my 7 yr old cousin has a photobucket...

As the proud owner of owneI can attest to it's good looks. Sure, the argument can be made that it's alot to pay for the inlay and signature, but I disagree. If you get a chance to see the guitar in person, it's really quite a beautiful piece. The crimson paduak really makes it alot unlike any other guitar I've seen.
Plus, chicks dig it.
