nope, just wondering. I had a "boot camp" for my AAA hockey team. We went up to Aspen and ran a whole bunch. It was a bitch but I made it through, completly fooled my family too. I came back down to "regular" elevation and dman I felt good. I was in incredible shape!

Actually, I did. I didn't have anything to clean up with so I just had to leave it on my bare leg.
