New song "Chicago Afternoon"
I wrote this last week, I'm stuck at home with no micstand and wanted to record something so I said fuck it and just laid the guitar mic on the table and positioned myself, and just held the vocal mic. As a result there is some noise due to the vocal mic moving some (Neumann's don't like movement strangly enough
...), but other then that it came out preatty good. It's about walking around chicago with an old girlfriend that I still love and the "she's all mine just for a day" effect I guess. I'll probably add more words, but this will do for now...

As always your recording quality is great, but I feel like you have that whisper singing syndrom. It could have been the effect you were going for, but I feel like as a song, vocals that aren't dynamic and attention capturing cause the song to lose potential. Belt out and grab my attention. After all, this is your work of art, you need to make the listener feel what you felt when you wrote it.
The lyrics were good, but got cliche-ish at times. Spice them up a little. Not bad by any means though.
The guitar part was played well, but it gets a little boring. Maybe add a nice lead or a catchy riff, not just an improvised solo, but something to get stuck in someone's head.
Good job
