Explain how he is repetitive, please. It's his job to keep the groove down and let the band play on top of him during the jams. You can also thank Stefan for Dreaming Tree and Rapunzel, and that alone is enough to keep him, even if all he played was straight 8th note roots all night long.

I dont think I could replace any of them. If I was forced to I guess it would be Boyd even though I would hate too. They all bring so much to the music. And saying that Stefan is repetitive is unfair. thats like saying Carter is repetitive because in the intro to ants marching he hits the snare drum over and over again. The bass player's job is to hold the band together and let the band build on what he does.

Roi. IM imaging there's much better out there and most of the time he is just standing there doing nothing. Sure, some songs wouldnt be the same without him but those songs are few and far between.

While Im not a huge fan of Stefan, he has the difficult task of keeping up with Carter. That's some props right there.
