true, but you can't tell me that if 2 guitars make similar noises that you wouldn't pick the one that looks better. i thought the tele was ugly too. i don't know, im just torn about the whole thing. maybe ill spend my money on a 12er and say screw electric guitar.
thats what i was thinkin about doing... but5 i got the electric and now i play it probably more than my acoustic.. im really happy with it
but it just comes down to what kind of music you want to play
i guess i want to get into a lot of soloing (timmy stuff if i ever get good enough)
other than that, i want to play pearl jam, chevelle, AAF. you know, easier distorted stuff.
If Isaac has that kinda dough, I'd reccomend taking a look at PRS. I bought a PRS custom 24 for about that and I don't think I'll ever "need" another electric ("want" is a different issue all together). It's incredibly versatile, well made, and looks so dang good. Just a though.....
