put those up, messed up the strumming on one of the chorus's on everlong so i strummed the rest that way, and missed a couple strings on HC, but other than that i think i did alright, have a listen

YOur ants sounded pretty good and the everlong wasnt bad either, I hate to be an ass but where did you get the everlong tab from too, I just realized Id really like to be able to play that song too. Thanks man, keep up the good work.

the hotel tab, me and a friend of mine actually did by ear straight from the CD - i swear its 100% correct note for note, we had his guitar teacher look it over and she's ridicilious, she used to tour with CSNY. everlong i got from some magazine, give me the rest of the day and i'll put both of them up

I've just listened to everlong. nice job you did on that.
but here and there one could hear some stings that didn't sound properly, instead of that good work.
I'd have appreciated some vocals :wink:

i dont downpick the verses, i strum them, it's kinda tricky but you'll get the hang of it, you need to hit just the top string with the first down and up strums then the rest on the following, to keep the bass line going, its tough to explain - listen to the song and get it to match. anything else just post a question and i'll try to help. i'm gonna try to record with some vocals - i'm not a bad singer, but i'm not the best, and with the shitty recording equipment i have it'll prolly sound like crap...but we'll see
