Recording Help!

Ok, I got the Cool Edit Pro 2.1. I can record okay. The only problem is, where is the self amplifier. When I play I need to turn the speakers all the way up in order to hear myself. Second, I need to know how to put the file on the internet for you guys. I need this soon so I can participate in the Pow wow with Roast Beef. Any help sould be great

yeah, I looked at that, I just dont understand how to use it. My version is quit annoying.Btw, my amp doenst work. Every time I try to use it, I cant open it, it is alwys black. God I wish there was something easier!
