Sister

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Of course, mess around with the finger picking. I also realize that I didn't include that tiny part at the very end, but it's easy to figure out.

Code: Select all

Capo on the 7th fret

E-------------------------------------------------------------------------
B-----3-------------------3-------------------3-------------------3--3----
G-----2--------0----0-----0--------0----0-----2--------0----0-----0--0h2--
D--0--0--0h2h4---4--------2--0h2h4---4--------0--0h2h4---4--------2--2----
A----------------------3--3----------------2--2-------------------2--2----
E--------------------------------------------------------------0--0--0----

"Sister..."
E---------------------------------------------
B-----3-------3----------3-------3-----3---3--
G-----0-------2----------0-------2-----2---0--
D-----0-------0----------4-------0-----0---0--
A-----2----4-(4)------5--5----2--2--0-(0)--2--
E--3--3------------------------------------3--

Pretty good Pat! But you didn't watch the video that's out... it's actually in Drop A! (Raised B with the B dropped to an A).

Code: Select all

Verse

b:------------------------------------------------------------|
F#:--3-----------------3-----------------3-----------------3--|
D:---2---------0---0---0---------0---0---2---------0---0---2--|
A:---0--0h2--4---4-----2--0h2--4---4--------0h2--4---4--------|
E:---------------------3-----------------2--------------------|
A:---------------------------------------------------------2--|

Chorus

 b:------------------------------------------|
F#:------2--3--3--3------2--3--3--3-------2--|
 D:------2--0--0--0------2--0--0--0-------2--|
 A:------2--4--4--4------2--4--4--4-------2--|
 E:--/5--4--5--2--0--/5--4--5--2--0--/5---4--|
 A:--/5--------------/5--------------/5------|

I haven't gotten the ending part either, but I'll work on it.
