How does one go about getting this now since its not for sale and can't be posted to download? I really want Spoon and Bartender from this cd. Any suggestions?

Fair use of copyrighted material is allowed as long as it doesnt interfere with the owner's enjoyment of his rights.

Theres probably some precedence against it in the US given all the music sharing battles in the past decade but who knows.

Not planning on uploading or anything, just wondering about the legality of it. Its certainly legal in my country so I could do it without breaking the law

Ya but the server is probably based in the USA so you would be uploading it on an American server, still a no no... But ya I would love to see these.

Not the best way to do it, but ebay has bonus stuff like that all the time....
