Meanings of songs?

has anybody ever went beyond the normal or assumed meaning of a song and thought of it in a different way? because i know the beauty of music is you can think songs are about whatever you want them to be about, and you can apply them to your own lives. i was just curious to see what other people think some dave songs (i guess it doesnt have to be) are about.

The H note is the same as B , some european countries like Denmark , Germany and so on , use H instead of B , just to let you know
