the site is liable if copyrighted music is distributed on it in ANY way. Theres no way to prove thats your cd, or even that it's you. It isnt a matter of anyone believing you, its a matter of it being illegal, plain and simple. If you had any intelligence you would have asked someone via PM.

the only thing is, if I AM out of line here asking for it then my bad, honestly i apologise. But I don;t see anything wrong with asking, but maybe it's against the rules, I DON'T KNOW. Seriously, i was just pissed that it got scratched before i could get it on my computer and I said that if anyone could help me out that they need to PM me or something so I'm not doing it on the bords. I'm really not trying to be an ass here, i just got a little pissed because I did't think I was out of line asking for something like this when its clear that i got it, it's just damaged... So if i was a bad boy I'm sorry and honestly no hard fealings, this just dosnt seem wrong to me. If I could I would borrow someone's cd from here on campus but I can't find anyone with it.

regardless, this isn't the obvious olympics. and FYI, if you just posted that your cd got scratched. you might get PM's with advice, but the way you went about it just sounded really bad.

but i digress, none of us are admins, we are kind of jumping on you, we just love this site and hope you do to, that's the only reason people posted as we have.

it should probably be locked up.

also though, buy a cd doctor, those thigns really work well. I fixed a ton of scratched cd's.

we all got pissy and i did something stupid, sorry. I know we all try to crack down on stuff like this and I could give excuse after excuse of why this and why that but that's not the point I guess, my bad.
