Hey man, that was awesome. that is my favorite song, and you play it really well. the part you played at 1:40 was really full and crisp. did you play that the way kanter has it up, because that part is a bit weak when i play it. but yours sounded really good. any help with this part is welcome.

All I can really say is PRACTICE, it took me a year after first learning this song to get it down...but I can also say to try this tab out, as I feel it is better and more efficient than the tab on this site...gravesRR7 wrote:Hey man, that was awesome. that is my favorite song, and you play it really well. the part you played at 1:40 was really full and crisp. did you play that the way kanter has it up, because that part is a bit weak when i play it. but yours sounded really good. any help with this part is welcome.

Sweet. It took a couple of minutes but I got it sounding like yours. It never ceases to amaze me how you think you've got a song down, then you hear somebody else do it and with some subtle changes it gets to sounding even better. Thanks for all of your tips.DmbFanJason wrote:All I can really say is PRACTICE, it took me a year after first learning this song to get it down...but I can also say to try this tab out, as I feel it is better and more efficient than the tab on this site...gravesRR7 wrote:.

Totally Mike...its funny because it has only really been like that with Dave songs...that is why I respect him so so much as a musician...he is wonderful...I have been playing his songs for 3 years and I am STILL learning to play them correctly...I'm glad you got it down mike and you're welcome about the help...I will always be willing to help somebody learning Dave songs...peace!
thanks a lot for the help. its great to have someone that loves Dave enought to spend the time to help with these tabs, and put up covers. I'm sure i reflect all of the people on this site when i say "thank you for your hard work and dedication to accuracy"
