Dave's strings.

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Hey does Dave still use D'Addario EXP 15s on his acoustic guitars, like the gear page says?

Just checking.

Well I've been playing with Elixir nanoweb light strings, and for kicks I bought D'Addario EXP 16s the other day and threw them on. Very different feel, and very squeaky strings. But I think I could get used to them.

buzzing doesnt have to do with the strings...it has to do with the neck being off alignment..and the "metalic" sounds is sort of the new string sound..

I like Martin strings...very good sound, and very inexpensive.
