Oh, man, please tell me that isn't the version where Boyd comes in at the end and he is so hideously out of tune, he fucks up the whole song.

speaking of that, mess ups ive only heard one and that was when stefan fucked a chord on bass during the intro of AATW at central park... how can you tell when boyd is so horribly out of tune can someone give me a link of him out of tune so ill know what to expect?

oh and im sure to dl this just waitin till the storytellers is done thanks man for all the videos and tips and whatnot

A couple in particular stand out. On Central Park, the long sustained high notes he plays during the verses of crush are seldom in tune.

Whenever he does pizzicato on Two Step, he is often out of tune.

2003 was one of his most ignominious years. Listen to versions of the stone and the dreaming tree from that year. High notes that rarely gave him trouble in previous years sound terrible.

when you say out of tune you mean, no that his strings are off but his fingers are off? becuase arent violins fretless thats why hes out of tune?

Yeah, it's probably due to his crappy playing skills rather than his violin, which I assume techs make sure it's tuned perfectly before shows.
