Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Bwahahahahaaaa.... So I've decided that this is going to be my bass arsenal by the time i die:
Carl Thompson 4-string
Warwick 5-string (double buck perhaps, if i can find one in 35' scale)
Modulus Quantum 6
Some extended range fretless... probly a 5.

its not the shape of the instrument that makes it hideous, its those two ugly ass pickups with metal circles on them.

they are both tinny as all hell, they aren't really thick and boomy like most humbuckers that are on stingrays and fleas or anything of the sort.

Mike, get your thumb 5 back for like 100 bucks and then sell it to me for like 30.
I know you can do it, you're crafty like that.

When's that beast gettin' there? My VJ still hasn't shipped.
Should I ask them to include the case? i've already incurred an extra $123 because of state tax and shipping. You think the case will be extra/should i get it? Will it be a modulus case specifically for the VJ? Should i risk it being shipped without a case? Then not all my basses will have a case.
