I hope so. I can't wait for it... now i just don't know where to have it shipped, i want to make sure my parents don't find it on our doorstep first.
I bought a bass on eBay today. It was $1200 and i was the only bid, so i got it for that price. I emailed him before the auction asking him questions about it and stuff, but he never responded. The auction is through Instrument Exchange/Guitar Center. I wanted to haggle with him to get the price down but he never responded, so i had to put in the winning bid. I'm getting dicked on shipping/tax cos i live in CT and it's adding like 120 bucks to the price. here's what he said on the auction page:
GOOD LUCK & HAPPY BIDDING
POTENTIAL BIDDER !! DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS !!
The starting Price is my Reserves / Acceptance Price , but is not a Buy Now Price
I want to know if i can still pursue the haggling that i emailed him with before the auction ended. Maybe he hasn't responded cos he's through Guitar Center and today's new years day, but i think he should be available to me to reach, especially the day the auction is ending. Anyway, is there anyway i can get the price down, or am i locked in because i put the winning bid in for $1200, so now i have to pay it. If that's the case, then wtf was i supposed to do? he wouldn't respond, so i had to bid.
