Any ideas on how much they run for and where to get them..

I'm thinking somewhere in the $2200-2500 range?

get a 414ce LTD. it has rosewood b/s and ES. the only real difference between this and the 814 are the aesthetics (inlays and such). talk to isaac, i think he might marry his 414ce. ive seen these priced from $1400-$1600. im savin up right now to get one.

i wouldn't be ashamed of marrying my 414ce LTD. it's fantastic, and it'll cost you a lot less than an 814, unless you REALLY want those aeshetic pleasures, but i love the simplistic look of my 414ce, especially after i removed the pickguard. even if you don't care, at least try to find a place to play it. ;)

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

Phew, I thought you'd never show up. But hell yeah, 814's are my favorite of the Taylor line.

I have a 2002 814ce LTD (Cocobolo Shane!) which I paid $2295 for, as a rule of thumb, never pay more than 65% of the listed retail for a Taylor (the price list is on the website http://www.taylorguitars.com), and 60% would be a good deal. If you can't find anything in this price range you are shopping at the wrong place!!! btw....Guitar Center is so overpriced it's ridiculous!!!!

p.s. If you'd like to know the name of a good (cheap)dealer e-mail me!
