Everlong Acoustic

So I was playing songs in Drop D when I started playing Foo Fighter's Everlong (Dave's acoustic version). I always loved that song, but never worked a lot on it until this morning. I took the tab from guitartabs.cc but it's a bit confusing and as I was listening to it while trying to play, I noticed that some of the parts from that tab aren't played, at least I think.
anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys had a well stuctured tab for this song, if you do, I'd really like to see it.

I recorded maybe half this song on acoustic with my friend when a bunch of people were here and we were all hammered. It is awful. But awfully hilarious.

That's pretty much the tab I used to learn it too.
