If anyone is familiar with the Dave Matthews Cover Band, I think i figured out "Time" by their singer Dave Koon. It's not perfect, but I think its the most accurate effort i've seen. When I get home from work I'm going to record it. Let me know if you want me to send you the tabs.

well actually i posted the tabs on the cover bands web site and Dave said that my tabs are wrong. He won't post them and noboby can figure it out. He just keeps saying nice try. hahaha As far as the recording, I did it and though it sounded good, then i listened to it later and relized i was way off with certain parts of the song. So this weekend I'm going to try to re-work my tabs and see what i can come up with.
