no replies? I think the last 5 posts I've done have received absolutely no replies. Is there any cover in particular that anyone wants to hear? I'd love to get some feedback from the community. if not, thanks for listening anyways.

First time posting. Just listened to this, very impressed. Really strong showing, more people should be listening/reviewing this. Guitar work sounds solid, & I thought your voice sounded very good. Well struck, keep them coming.

The only comment I have is that the words are off with the music a bit. This is especially true during the first verse. Other times, you seem to try to channel Dave and sing in his voice, when yours sounds fine.
It's a good job and a good recording. Keep it up.

Words are a little off in the beginning, but i must say that the chorus after the bridge sounds great.

Sounds like you have a good voice, although tryin to imitate dave, it still sounds real good.

Thanks very much for all the comments, everyone. I do agree that the first verse seems a bit rushed - dave makes it seem effortless, but it was just a mouthful to me.

anyways, I'd love to do more covers if anyone has any requests. thanks again

hey, thanks for all the comments guys. actually, i'm just using garageband and the internal mic on my ibook. i think it picks things up pretty well - i'm hoping to get a usb adapter someday. thanks again!
