finger exercises

Post by guitardmb »

I have been looking for a long time for finger exercises to make me pick faster. I'm around intermediate range. So any help in directing me to a site or just telling me exercises to do would be great. I know a few but they arent helping me much anymore, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check this guy out - Greg Irwin - Finger fitness- I have been doing these exercises for years and they do work. The best part is that you can do them any where - while your watching tv- driving - bored in class what ever- They will greatly increase your finger independence which will help with the picking amoung many other things

I recomend the videos from late night tv- but check them all out!

Hope this helps
