I would only imagine everybody will be fucked up the entire time. Getting weed on the boat will NOT be easy, esepcially those flying to Florida to get on the cruise ship.

Yep, definitely not worth the money, I'd rather go on a regular cruise on the same ship for less than half the price.

People go on cruises to be babied and pampered and have everything done for them for a week or so. I could never do that. Hell, I got bumped up to first class with a few of my ROTC buddies I was flying with when we were in our uniforms, and, although I did it, it still bothered me.
