Patanga

Post by riallin »

Have any other tabs? I started on canon, and thought i had the first part down alright until I saw his video clip and realized he plays it with both hands on the fretboard instead of picking w/ his right hand and stretching the 2/7 split with his left.

Thanks!

Yeah! Patanga! Patanga! I would request Hot Capo Stew but that would require me going out and buying like 14 capos....

Hi,
I would actually be interested in a Patanga tab, even if it's hazy it's still something, and maybe joining our forces can lead to some almost exact tab. Or maybe it's already exact and you're just being modest :D

Anyway, I think I'll try to tab Acoustic Ninja one of these days, but it is going to be an hard work since the video doesn't help at all... I was doubtful about the tuning: the beginning sounds like it can be in standard, as you can get it by simply playing a Dm chord, but I found somewhere on the net that it should be in DADGAD... I'll try with both and see which one fits better.

Cheers,
Juan

well the reason i say it seems hazy is, i think i play it slightly different than the video from the Adapt DVD. i picked it up by ear and theres a few pulls off im not sure about yet, but the jist of it is there. if anyone can help me complete it i would be extremely grateful. Or if anyone wants to put it to PowerTab/Guitar Pro i would love to see that as well.

I think he played that as a joke... anyway, about Acoustic Ninja, I'll try using DADGAD but damn, it's no easy task to tab a song just by ear! ;)
