do they even have that show anymore, all i ever see on Vh1 is stupid shit like All Access specials or some other kind of bullshit that has something to do with J-Lo's ass

Yeah, it was the most ridiculous thing. In fact, Al wasn't depressed at all. He actually was apologetic and angry at his record company for not getting correct information. Lame, lame, and lamer.

Nah, he'd sing his parody of that, "Can't Watch This."

And for those of you that laugh, that really is a song Al parodied. It's all about how TV sucks. I guess it now heavily applies to VH1!
