No offense to anyone...but loose windows media player...the refresh rate sucks! If this video was in quicktiime format (.mov) when you wanted to jump ahead it would be seamless...like I said not trying to be offensive but its just such a better format for long vids.

i use VLC media player, i freaking love it and no need for codecs
