ReAct Now: Music and Relief
08:00 PM EST -MTV-
(Check local listings) Usher, Green Day, Ludacris, Dave Matthews Band, Rob Thomas, Gretchen Wilson, Paul McCartney, John Mellencamp, Alicia Keys and the Rolling Stones are among the artists who have signed on for a Hurricane Katrina relief concert that will span four cities (New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Nashville), three television networks (MTV, VH1 and CMT) and several musical genres. Unlike previous telethons in the last week, "ReAct Now" runs for full 180 minutes -- more than enough time to enjoy the artists and donate some much needed funds to the hurricane's survivors.
Matthews is also on the MTV broadcast tonight, but it'll be a song from his Sept. 7 show in Bonner Springs, Kansas. With the sheer frenzy around the Red Rocks stand, it was determined that it wouldn't be feasible to go live to the stage tonight or try to turn around a song from Friday night's show.

That American Baby was fucking sweet. So much energy at the end. I like the direction it's gone in. I saw it early on (6-4-05) and it was weak compared to that.

You haven't heard the jam full of energy at the end where Dave yells at the top of his lungs then.
Yeah that AB was kick ass at the end. I think he messed up in the middle there. Like he started to sing another part and it showed Carter and Fonz laughing to each other. Did anyone else see that?
