ive been thinking for a while on what the hell a good topic for a song would be...any suggestions..?

the beatuy of the world thing would work if it wasnt for all the crazy deranged lunatics roaming around.....and that sleep thing sounds ok but unfortunatly i know a lot of those lunatics and they would seriously think that im suicidal....the only ideas i can think of for songs is like...making a song about cheese....i dont live in wisc. though

a girl. that's always a good place to start.

really though we think about girls all the time, and when we're not then we're probably playing the guitar. It only stands to reason to combine them.

pick a color and the first thing you can think of that is that color you should write about.
i'm doped up on NyQuil right now, so if that doesnt make sense you can blame it on my cold.

i'v found it's easier to write a song if you have the crazy title first. that can load you with imagery. ie: stormy tuesday.

why is that unique? think about it... who thinks of tuesday as being a day to talk about? everyone talks about the weekends, sundays, fridays, and mondays.. for obvious reasons.. but tuesday?

that kind of mind set will help you write stuff.
