We should make a complilation "album"

I was listening to people's originals.. and I was thinking.. there is some talent among us and I think it'd be cool to make a like "Official DMBTabs.com Artists" album or something..

Anyone else think that'd be cool?

would definitely be cool. i'd buy it/snag it...maybe we should make a list of possibilities, do a poll, then have people rerecord if they like for a more polished/complete version then compile 'em all together in a single thread. i'd love to hear it...there is definitely a lot of talent all over the place. i'm sure it'd be fucking beautiful.

I think it's a cool idea. I dont think I'd be able to contribute much other than terrible vocals and shotty playing. But I'll have ya put me down as a last resort effort.

Awesome response.. I don't want to be the guy making the decisions of who can be on it and who can't.. I do want it to fit on a 74min disc though.. so if we have to, we can poll for which tracks should be on it.

I think instrumentals would be cool.. I don't want to do any covers on it.. unless it is totally different than the original. Otherwise, instrumentals are fine, IMHO.

I haven't really thought about what I would want to contribute.. I am kinda working on a new song that I think I would want to use 'cause it is much better than any of the vocal/guitar stuff I have posted before.

Anyways.. I'm not in any particular hurry.. I'll top this in a week or so and check up.. I'll get an upload form setup on my website and people can push them up whenever they get around to it.. and we'll call it done whenever there are enough tracks to be satisfied and it has been a while.

Anyways, glad to see the interest
