yea my point in making this thread wasn't to say that people that pop their collars aren't good enough to listen to dave or that they aren't true fans. and even though i think popped collars are the stupidest thing since hammer pants, i believe they're all true fans. i was just noticing like hof said earlier that dave isn't for hippies anymore. i wonder if that has effected the music at all? do think fan base can effect your writing style?

either way, i don't hate frat boys or anything like that, the pop collar thing is stupid but i have some very good frat boy friends. i dont care what you look like, if you're paying 60 bucks a ticket to listen to dream girl or i did it and then leave you should be kicked in the balls just like i don't care what you look like if you paid 60 bucks a ticket to get to hear dave play, you're cool in my book

i wear the DMB flip-flops on their website 24/7... the blue one with the funky writing...

and then usually just plain colored t-shirts. or random t-shirts. like i have a t-shirt with like a 70's looking robot on the front and thats all it is.

i do wear golf shirts (yes they have a collar, NO I don't pop it.) i shake my head at popped collars, but i have friends that do it too, so whatever i dont really care its their shirt not mine.

i just got home from the bar and i popped my collar just because i can and i know it pisses people off. Now i'm going to put the space between on repeat and fall asleep.
