"Zephyr Song" by RHCP has an easy solo. In my opinion, the solo in "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd is easy.

any stuff for an acoustic guitar. My roommate has an electric, but I'm not always able to use it. Bends are just a little tougher
on the acoustic, so maybe some stuff that sounds cool on acoustic?
